Positive: Great location and stunning view. When we arrived on the first day of trip, the weather was a bit cold and we requested to let us have a portable heater. The staff responded it quickly and we could stay at warmer room with the big help of staff. It does have all positive points of travelling Melbourne. Indoor warm swimming pool, definitely one of our favourites in such as a cold winter.
Negative: Please prepare warmer or thinker blankets in winter. It would benefit everyone in the future.

Positive: The location was very good, close to the Docklands and all on the free tram line. Walking distance to Flinders too. There was one free parking space provided in a safe car park. The view was fabulous! The open plan kitchen was great. There were most of the basics there with shampoo, body wash etc. The beds were comfortable.
Negative: The lifts were slow and complicated. The fact that I had to pick up the apartment key from a 7/11 on a clearway with no parking was unfair and very stressful. They must have a better key collection service. I had to pull in on a clearway and put my hazard lights on. 3 police officers came to talk to me and tell me this wasn’t allowed! And then the car park keys had to be returned to the apartment (floor 38) after checking out of the apartment? (there was no ground floor drop off mailbox??). And again there was no parking outside of the apartment to leave the car while returning to the 38th floor. Nightmare. Due to these key issues I won’t be staying here again. I also got up at 7am to have a swim on our last day (Sunday) and the pool was closed? No opening hours were given us by the apartment and nothing was written on the pool walls. It was disappointing that the pool was closed when this was one of the reasons that I stayed in this apartment. There was also a constant fan noise in the master bedroom that could not be switched off unless you cut all the lights via the master switch at the apartment front door. The master bedroom was overheated and had no aircon - just a pedestal fan. We had high temperatures of 37 degrees on some days and it was difficult to sleep. More toilet paper would have been appreciated for the 3-night stay.
Summary: An apartment with great potential and views but overall the key service was a dealbreaker.

Positive: Supurch location! So close to Southern Cross station, trams, bus terminal in the same street. Views are amazing. Coles and outlet shopping moments away. This apartment was perfect for our family. We didn't spend a great deal of time in the apartment as it was conveniently located for us to walk to Festival Hall for a concert. An array of cafes and bars surround the area. Great little place next to the lobby for food and drinks, including Gelato! The apartment is exactly as pictured. Extremely clean, offering simple styled decor. This is not a hotel, so BYO tea, coffee, milk, water. Appliances are suitable to prepare hot beverages and simple meals. Convenient sized fridge to house cold foods and drinks. The bonus for us was the second bathroom. This meant I didn't need to share with my adult daughters. We found the apartment to be perfect in every way for our 1 night stay. The air-conditioning worked extremely well given the size of the apartment, too. The car spot is right next to the lift, which we also found handy. It was easy and convenient for our stay. A tip, only one lift (left-hand side), takes you to the parking area if you have a car. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your apartment! We loved it.
Negative: Given that it was summer, a flat sheet on the bed would have been more accommodating for a more comfortable nights sleep. This would have been my personal preference. The towel sizes were a little on the small side, but usable just the same. Can be logistically tricky if you have a car to check out when keys need to be left in the apartment. But there are work grounds, so allow time for this. A photo of the keys on the table is required on check out. I'm not sure why. Make sure you have the What's at app number handy on checkout to provide this promptly to the caretaker's. Just as well, one of my daughters had the app on her phone so we could complete this request. This is required to be sent before or right on 10am. Allow time for this also.
